Role, Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Ensure overall Technical Compliance for Business Assurance Division
- Be a custodian of the Competence & Qualification process of all Training Personnel
- Provision of technical guidance and assistance to customers to fulfill applications for the training
- Authorized person to work on trainer Qualification
- The representative person all event/webinar related to training.
- Evolution the teamwork and help them to improve in the planning + before that sales activities Maintenance of weekly sales log for designated region
- Communication with Hub office for the upgrade in standard and new version.
- Maintaining constant touch with Hub, Global Technical Team and Program Managers to fulfill scheme-specific technical requirements for Training
- Handling the revenue + profit for entire (GCC Region) and report to Management
- Control of training Records on in shared folder and keeping them up to date
- Manage and maintain Client & training Records on server.
- Assisting other team members in ensuring all training are implemented as per corresponding due dates
- Collaborate with Hub & Technical Team to maintain impartiality and resolve any technical issues related to training activities
- Ensure proper control of all Business Assurance Personnel Technical Records in training
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- At least 10 years’ experience in Business Assurance and certification + training activities.
- University graduate in management system , in Account.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel applications
- Good presentation skills.
- Good communication skills.
