About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, well-spoken, and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Business Assurance team across ISO Certifications, Food Certifications, and Sustainability services. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordination, client support, and facilitating sales activities, while contributing to market development through structured follow-up and lead nurturing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Coordination: Support the sales team by coordinating activities, organizing information, and assisting in actions that contribute to revenue growth and successful client acquisition.
  2. Client Engagement: Support in building, maintaining and nurturing client relationships through professional communication, follow-ups, and support during sales cycles.
  3. Proposals & Documentation: Prepare accurate sales proposals, presentations, and documentation required for audits and certifications, ensuring timely submission.
  4. Liaison with Technical Team: Coordinate with the technical team to ensure all sales documents, including CIFAs, are prepared and submitted in the correct format for approval.
  5. Lead Generation and Support: Conduct structured follow-ups, initial outreach, and cold calling to support lead generation for certification and training schemes.
  6. Market Research: Assist in identifying potential opportunities in ISO standards, sustainability solutions, and training programs through research and coordination activities.
  7. Continuous Learning: Demonstrate willingness to learn about new certification and training schemes and stay updated on industry developments.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Strong coordination skills with experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation abilities (English essential; Arabic a plus).
  3. Knowledge or understanding of ISO certifications, auditing, or sustainability services is an advantage.
  4. Proactive, organized, and comfortable supporting target-based sales activities.
  5. A team player capable of coordinating effectively between sales and technical departments.

6,000 - 8,000 AED
