Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Expert to support the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management (QM) systems and accreditation processes at a local level. The role ensures compliance with global standards while driving efficiency and quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate AQM KPIs and performance data to monitor process efficiency. 
  • Ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Quality Management System (QMS). 
  • Support the process of obtaining and maintaining group certifications and local accreditations. 
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate/prep for external audits. 
  • Contribute to global management review inputs and reporting. 
  • Support business units in complaint investigations and ensure alignment with global complaint management processes. 
  • Track and follow up on corrective and preventive actions arising from audits, complaints, and risk assessments. 
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, sharing best practices and lessons learned. 
  • Deliver training and awareness programs related to AQM processes and quality standards. 

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years in Quality Management, Auditing, or Accreditation within certification bodies or related industries. 
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO standards preferred). 
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
