Full TimeResponsibilities:
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in stitching process
- Ensure the quality of stitching is on its standards
- Initiates training of employees required for improvements
- Constant monitoring of production schedule to meet the required targets as required by Management
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing work standards
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
- Maintains and monitors of production employees’ performance.
