Junior Associate - Quality

Essential duties and responsibilities 

1. Maintain a safe, healthy and visual work place 

2. Adhere to the Autonomous maintenance practices in the production lines. 

3. QMS / EMS system documentation & Compliance 

4. Ensure quality manufacturing by following standard procedures for Raw material mixing, packing and product testing. 

5. Perform sampling of raw materials, in process and finished products for analyses. 

6. Performs Quality tests like shot content, tensile & etc. 

7. Online inspection of product physical parameters and immediately takes corrective action. 

8. Adhere to procedures to “Control Non-conforming Products”

9. Knowledge about 5S and Kaizen. 

10. Report non-compliance laboratory analytical testing results to QA Manager. 

11. Complete lab analytical testing records and monitor records for compliance / trending. 

12. Developing, writing and instituting necessary protocols as and when needed.

 13. Maintain laboratory records in a timely, accurate, and legible manner following laboratory best practices. 

14. Calibrate and maintain laboratory instrumentation per vendor recommendations and/or laboratory best practices. 

15. Perform preventive maintenance, function verification and quality control tasks. 

15. Knowledge in ISO audits (9001 – 14001 – 45001) 

17. Perform other related duties as assigned.
