Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thermal analysis for Heat Exchanger Systems (Shell & Tube, Fin Fan, etc.).
• Prepare and release technical documents after senior review.
• Apply thermal and fluid sciences using analytical and experimental methods.
• Manage daily project activities including analysis, testing, and stakeholder communication.
• Execute established work processes while enhancing product and technology knowledge.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to verify design details and recommend modifications.
• Create accurate digital models within deadlines.
• Support standardization of design documentation; assist with presentations and meetings.
• Add instructions/comments on drawings as required.
• Modify and revise existing designs to resolve operational or production issues.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience using HTRI for Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, and Fin Fan units.
• Advanced knowledge of HTRI software.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (Heat Exchangers & Pressure Vessels).
• Strong foundation in mathematics, science, and engineering concepts related to Heat Exchangers & Pressure Vessels.
• Knowledge of safety and structural regulations.
• Excellent design skills for Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, and Fin Fan units (10+ years preferred).
• Experience with ASME Section VIII Div 1 and U Stamp (minimum 5 years).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Desalination projects.
• Added advantage: Knowledge of FEA and ANSYS.
