Ecommerce Marketing and Development - Saudi National

Job Summary:

One of our clients, a leading consumer electronics company, is seeking an experienced and motivated Ecommerce Marketing and Development Manager to join their  team. The successful candidate will be responsible for OBS, Noon and Amazon marketing and platform development processes, contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ecommerce marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• Manage and optimize channels such as website development, social media, email, and paid campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, traffic performance, customer behavior, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions.
• Initiate and maintain partnerships withkey partners for co-marketing campaigns and negotiate for best terms and conditions.
• Manage affiliate program and build enhancement plan for each channel and promotion based on data analysis for each.
• Lead platform development that required to enhance engagement, enhance conversion rate and increase sales.
• Track and report key performance KPIs for each channels such as ROAS, conversion / abandonment rate, CRM open rate and CTR and build action plan based on the same and measure the effectiveness for each action.

Key Requirements:

• Saudi National (mandatory). 
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce marketing and development.
• Experience with affiliate marketing with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, project management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in marketing planning and data analysis.
