Accountant – Saudi National

Job Summary:

Our client, a leading consumer electronics company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join their finance team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations, and a keen eye for accuracy and compliance. This role is open to Saudi nationals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. 
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and intercompany accounts. 
• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations and company policies. 
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. 
• Support internal and external audits. 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. 
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. 

Requirements:

• Saudi national. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG. 
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and Saudi tax regulations (VAT). 
• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems preferred) and MS Office, especially Excel. 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 
• High attention to detail and accuracy. 

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally. 
• Prior exposure to inventory accounting in consumer electronics or retail environment.
