Job Position: Team Leader – Customer Service

Job Summary:

Our client, one of the leaders in consumer electronics sector is seeking a Service Planning Team Leader at its Dubai service subsidiary, which oversees service operations in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. 

This position will take the lead in overall service operations, including strategy development, execution and planning.

 The role will function as a strategic control tower for the region, working in alignment with Company’s global service strategy to enhance service quality across MEA countries, expand differentiated service offerings, and elevate brand image, ultimately maximizing customer satisfaction. 

Candidate will be responsible for aligning regional service strategies with global headquarters, requiring strong global communication skills and excellent reporting capabilities.

 Key responsibilities including Establishing mid-to-long term strategies for customer service operations / Planning region-specific, differentiated services / Leading projects to improve customer experience / Collaborating with related departments and local subsidiaries to drive continuous service improvements.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in planning-related roles, with a proven ability to lead projects and communicate effectively in global environments. 

Understanding of the Middle East and Africa markets is highly desirable, and fluency in English is essential for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Communicate and report effectively with HQ, regional subsidiaries, and global organizations
  • Develop and execute service strategies across the Middle East and Africa region
  • Lead region-specific, differentiated service marketing initiatives based on customer service experience
  • Plan and implement measures to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage service-related costs and profitability, including identifying and expanding new business opportunities
  • Oversee integrated KPI management and conduct performance analysis

Experience / Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial or team leader role
  • Experience at a global company or overseas subsidiary is preferred
  • Language: English (Advanced): Must be fluent in English for business communication across most work-related contexts.
