One of our clients, a leading consumer electronics firm, is currently seeking a B2B Key Account Manager to drive sales and business development for their monitor product portfolio.

This role will focus on managing and growing key accounts across corporate, enterprise, education, and government sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project-based and volume sales, while expanding the company’s presence in the B2B monitor market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned B2B key accounts for monitors (office, gaming, medical, design, and professional displays).
  • Develop account strategies to achieve sales targets, volume growth, and market penetration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, projects, and tenders related to monitor requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos highlighting  monitor features and business value.
  • Handle RFQs, tenders, pricing negotiations, and contract closures in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, pre-sales, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular sales reports.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • +5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT hardware or monitors.
  • Proven experience handling corporate or enterprise accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of monitor technologies and specifications.
  • Strong reporting and CRM skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling professional or commercial monitors.
  • Exposure to system integrators, distributors, or government projects.
  • Existing corporate or institutional customer network.
  • Experience with project-based or tender sales.
