Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Management (Top Talent & Leadership Development)
- Identify and manage the Top Talent pipeline.
- Establish guidelines for Individual Development Plans (IDP) for core talents and monitor their execution.
- Design and operate customized leadership development programs to foster next-generation leaders.
2. Learning & Development (Hands-on Instructional Design)
- Develop comprehensive L&D strategies to enhance the competencies of employees.
- Take a hands-on approach to instructional design and end-to-end execution of customized internal training programs, minimizing reliance on external agencies.
- Plan and facilitate various internal training sessions, including job-specific skills, core competencies, and onboarding programs.
3. Organizational Culture & Internal Communication
- Develop strategies to internalize company’s core values and revitalize the organizational culture.
- Build and manage an internal Change Agent network, collaborating closely with them to drive field-led culture programs.
- Plan and execute engaging internal events, such as town hall meetings, workshops, and retention-building activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant HR experience, with a strong focus on TM, L&D, and Organizational Culture.
- L&D Expertise: Proven track record of directly designing (instructional design) and operating training programs (e.g., leadership, functional skills, top talent).
- Culture Experience: Practical experience in planning corporate events
- Global Communication: Business-level English proficiency to effectively communicate and lead initiatives with diverse, multinational teams and local subsidiaries.
- Competencies: Strong strategic planning skills, problem-solving abilities, and a self-directed, hands-on work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous HR experience in a multinational company
- Deep understanding of the business environment of the Middle East and Africa region.
- Experience as an internal trainer with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
