Key responsibilities:

  • Demand Planning (Safety Stock Management through Forecasting)
  • Purchase Order Management
  • Stock Turnover Optimization
  • Order Trend Stabilization
  • Customer Support (First contact (e-mail, phone, system) point for customers for all parts related requests / issues)
  • Prepare Reports for Management
  • Logistics and Warehouse Support
  • Onsite Support (Business trips (Specially in MEA region) for onsite support to the customers)

Requirements:

  • Customer Service & SCM (Forecasting, Logistics and Warehouse)
  • Communication & Presentation
  • Strong computer skills (Excel & PPT)
  • Team work (strict no to “not my work” attitude)
  • Data analyst
  • Problem solving
