Inside sales Executive – Testing & certification (Electrical Division)

Position Purpose:

• To manage and respond to intercompany and direct customer quotation requests in a timely and accurate manner. 
• To accelerate quotation turnaround time and improve conversion from inquiry to revenue.
• To ensure technical and commercial alignment of quotations with company scope, pricing policy, and compliance requirements. 
• To proactively monitor issued certificates, manage renewal cycles, and ensure timely issuance of renewal quotations and monthly reminder communications to customers for expiring or lapsed certificates, supporting revenue retention and continuity of compliance
• To act as the coordination point between sales, certification, laboratory, and finance teams. 
• To maintain a structured pipeline of inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups to maximize revenue realization.

Essential Functions/ Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and issue quotations based on incoming intercompany and direct inquiries within defined KPIs. 
• Liaise with technical teams to clarify scope, standards, testing requirements, and certification pathways before quotation issuance. 
• Track quotation status, conduct structured follow-ups, and drive conversion to confirmed orders.
• Maintain CRM / quotation log with accurate data on value, probability, aging, and revenue forecast. 
• Ensure pricing consistency in line with approved commercial framework and margin targets. Support preparation of commercial offers, tender submissions, and service proposals. 
• Coordinate handover to operations upon order confirmation to ensure smooth project initiation.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 
• 2-5 years’ experience in inside sales, commercial coordination, or quotation management (preferably in testing, inspection, certification, or technical services). 
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to understand technical service scopes. 
• Proficiency in CRM systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
