Job Purpose
• Identify and develop potential new customers.
• Sell products to existing and prospective customers through direct interaction, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
• Convert market insights and leads into profitable business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Set and review individual sales objectives and targets with the Key Account Manager (KAM) and the wider sales team.
• Provide customers with relevant materials such as product samples, brochures, and catalogs.
• Accurately prepare and share quotations, including prices, credit and contract terms, warranties, and delivery timelines.
• Forward customer orders to Customer Service (CS) with zero entry errors.
• Monitor and document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
• Gather insights on customer needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
• Proactively contact current and potential customers to promote products and services.
• Deliver agreed activities with KAM such as meetings, proposals, and presentations.
• Provide post-sales support and address customer queries after contract signing.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge to create value for the business.
