Procurement Officer - Road Construction & Infrastructure

Our client,  one of the Road construction & Infrastructure contractors in the UAE, is looking for a Procurement Officer.

Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

• Day to day handling procurement of Dubai/Ajman office- site requirements.
• Local sourcing, price comparison, getting discount, preparing LPO, checking for the payment requirements and delivery status.
• For the projects, requesting assistance for vendor material submittals.
• Coordinate to site team for any requirements and clarifications needed.
• Preparing & advise update reports for the project, inquiry and orders.
• Make necessary calls and requests to improve credit facility we have with our vendors.
• Handling Material requests to improve credit facility we have with our vendors.
• Meeting / Inspecting vendors personally and / or online.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, good command on English, Hindi is an advantage.
• 4-5 years of experience in UAE with Road construction and infrastructure contracting companies.

Budget: AED 8,000 plus annual leave, airfare and medical insurance for self.
