Fit Out Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Fit Out Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in interior fit-out and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring project delivery within quality, time, and cost parameters.

Key Responsibilities
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
• Supervise and monitor site activities for smooth execution of fit-out works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for timely material delivery.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Prepare project schedules, manpower deployment, and material procurement lists.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and client requirements.
• Attend client and consultant meetings to provide updates.
• Manage project handover, snagging, and final documentation.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out (residential, commercial, or retail).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, finishing works, and joinery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License (advantage).
