We are seeking an experienced Commercial Card Product Lead to spearhead the development, optimization, and growth of our Commercial Card portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of Commercial Cards, Corporate Payments, and transaction banking within the GCC/MEA region. You will be responsible for driving product innovation, portfolio growth, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Commercial Card product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, delivery, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch performance management.
- Analyze the current Commercial Card setup (products, processes, pricing, servicing, reporting, technology, and controls) to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop and manage a prioritized product roadmap with measurable business impact, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner stakeholders to deliver product enhancements, innovations, and new propositions such as virtual cards, ERP integrations, and expense management solutions.
- Drive regional portfolio growth through increased GDV, active usage, customer acquisition, and revenue optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Commercial Cards, Corporate Payments, Transaction Banking, or related financial services roles.
- Strong regional experience across GCC/MEA within large banks or financial institutions.
- Deep expertise in Commercial Card products, including virtual cards, payment controls, SmartData, and commercial payment enablement.
- Experience operating within complex matrix organizations and cross-functional environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify product and process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language capability is an advantage.
