About the Job:

Seeking an experienced Consumer Credit/Debit Card Business Performance Management Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our consumer credit/debit card portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring the success of our card-related initiatives, including acquisition, activation, spend optimization, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of card portfolio performance metrics, P&L management, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver actionable insights and strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Track and manage the end-to-end performance of the consumer credit/debit card portfolio, including acquisition, activation, spend, attrition, and profitability.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders to support business reviews.
• Monitor and track initiatives such as card launches, campaigns, and lifecycle programs, measuring performance post-launch and recommending improvements.
• Drive periodic performance reviews and suggest strategies to enhance portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, analytics, operations) to execute initiatives and address business issues or opportunities.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in credit/debit cards, retail banking, or payments.
• Strong understanding of card portfolio performance metrics and economics.
• Proven expertise in P&L management, reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate across teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in tracking risks, dependencies, and key actions across initiatives.
