Product Designers — Lead

Key requirements

We are looking for Product Designers with strong end-to-end UX/UI design experience for digital banking channels.

Candidates should have:

• 5–8 years of relevant product design experience in in the banking or fintech industry
• Strong command of layouts, typography, spacing, iconography, micro-interactions, responsive behavior, and modern digital design patterns
• End-to-end UX/UI capability, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and visual designs
• Experience with information architecture, screen structure, navigation, content hierarchy, forms, and user journeys
• Familiarity with conversational UX, AI-assisted journeys, prompt-led interfaces, and agentic experiences
• Experience conducting usability testing, A/B testing, user research, and presenting insights
• Understanding of frontend technologies and implementation constraints
• Banking or fintech experience is mandatory; exceptional profiles from regulated industries may be considered.
