Job Summary: 

We are looking for candidates with 2–4 years UAE experience in aftermarket spare parts sales, outdoor field sales, and good network with workshops, spare parts dealers & fleet customers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with spare parts dealers, workshops, and fleet customers in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain region. 
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory. 
  • Promote and sell aftermarket spare parts in line with company strategies. 
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and customer engagement. 
  • Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback. 
  • Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, and order execution. 
  • Coordinate internally with supply chain and operations teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market developments. 
  • Ensure timely collections from customers in line with the company’s credit policy and agreed payment terms. 

Requirements :

  • 2-4 years of experience in aftermarket spare parts sales within the UAE. 
  • Proven experience in outdoor/field sales. 
  • Existing network and relationships within spare parts shops, workshops, and fleet customers preferred. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (Arabic will be an added advantage).
