Role Overview:
Our client, a leading tyre trading firm, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth for the Off-Highway Tyres segment across the Africa and APAC regions. The role will focus on expanding container load business, strengthening distribution networks, and developing long-term customer relationships across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and expand market presence across Africa and APAC regions
  • Manage container load (bulk/export) business with key distributors, dealers, and partners
  • Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization with clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives for the assigned regions

Education & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the tyre industry, preferably in Off-Highway Tyres
  • Proven experience in handling container load / export sales
  • Strong understanding of Africa and APAC markets
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills
