Role Overview:

Our client, a leading tyre trading firm, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth for the Off-Highway Tyres segment across the LATAM region, with a strong focus on container-load business. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth regional market knowledge and a proven track record in handling high-volume international sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the Off-Highway Tyres business across LATAM markets
  • Manage and grow container-load business with distributors, dealers, and key clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Handle pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization with clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth order execution
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring regional profitability

Education & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the tyre industry, specifically in Off-Highway Tyres
  • Strong experience in container-load/export business
  • In-depth knowledge of LATAM markets, including distribution networks and customer dynamics
  • Proven ability to manage large-volume international business and build long-term client relationships
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is mandatory.
