Sr. Sales Engineer - HVAC

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC equipment sales, including AHU, FAHU, FCU, and VRF systems. The ideal candidate should have solid relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and developers in the UAE market, particularly in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales for HVAC products including AHU, FAHU, FCU, VRF systems, and related air conditioning equipment. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, MEP contractors, developers, and project owners. 
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to project closure. 
• Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to provide suitable technical and commercial proposals. 
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and technical teams for submittals and project requirements. 
• Conduct product presentations and technical meetings with consultants and clients.  
• Follow up on quotations, approvals, and payment collections. 
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth in the UAE market. 
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 
• Minimum 10–12 years of UAE experience in HVAC equipment sales. 
• Strong knowledge of AHU, FAHU, FCU, VRF systems, and ventilation products. 
• Good network and connections with MEP consultants and MEP contractors in the UAE. 
• Experience handling project sales in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.  
• Strong technical, negotiation, and communication skills. 
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
