Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and clients in the HVAC sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), air curtains, and other HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and demonstrations to promote company’s systems and features.
  • Coordinate with the technical support and design team to ensure accurate equipment selection and sizing.
  • Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close orders to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Support after-sales service by coordinating with service teams and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support strategic planning.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company’s product range, features, and applications.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC / Air Conditioning sales (preferably with AHU or ventilation system manufacturers)
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC design, load calculation, and system selection.
  • Proven track record in project sales and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
