Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer – DX Products to drive sales and business development of Direct Expansion (DX) air conditioning systems. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell DX products including split units, packaged units, VRF/VRV systems, and related HVAC solutions
  • Identify and develop new clients such as consultants, contractors, developers, and end users
  • Handle technical discussions, product presentations, and system selections based on project requirements
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and procurement teams for accurate system design and costing
  • Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms to close sales
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants and MEP contractors
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales reports
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support when required

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales of DX HVAC products
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling load calculations, and equipment selection
  • Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and developers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HVAC selection software is an advantage
