Regional Sales Manager – Conveyor Systems & Splicing

Our client is a leading multinational company specializing in conveyor belt technology, wear protection, splicing, and condition monitoring solutions. The company serves major industries including mining, cement, ports, steel, and aggregates, delivering innovative and reliable solutions for material handling and maintenance services.

They are currently seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to be based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, responsible for expanding their business across the MENA region.

Job Purpose

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding business opportunities in the conveyor systems and maintenance services sector across the MENA region. The role requires a strong technical understanding of conveyor systems combined with commercial and sales expertise to provide value-driven solutions to industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business opportunities within the conveyor systems and maintenance services segment across the MENA region.
• Utilize existing industry networks within sectors such as mining, cement, ports, steel, and aggregates.
• Conduct technical site visits to assess equipment reliability and identify operational challenges.
• Analyze technical performance data and commercial metrics to support solution-based selling.
• Prepare customized technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, service, and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Travel extensively across the MENA region for client meetings, project discussions, and business development.

 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of conveyor belt technology, wear protection, splicing, and condition monitoring.
• Ability to effectively present technical solutions along with commercial value propositions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
• Existing professional network within the MENA industrial sector is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

 Experience Required

• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Proven experience in sales, operations, maintenance, or reliability related to conveyor systems.

 Compensation

Salary: AED 25,000 – 30,000 per month (depending on experience).
