Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key clients in the rental, construction, oil & gas, and defence sectors.
• Promote genuine company and Perkins spare parts to maximize sales and enhance equipment reliability.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new revenue opportunities in aftermarket services.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Establish long-term partnerships with clients
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend optimized parts stocking plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing technical support, and offering tailored solutions.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular sales performance reports, customer feedback insights, and market analysis.
• Recommend improvements in sales strategies and inventory planning based on market demands.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, , or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product support sales within the diesel generator industry.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Perkins diesel generators (sales, parts, and service).
• Proven track record in selling spare parts, with experience in engine repowering considered an added advantage.
• Experience working with rental power, construction, oil & gas, defence (US Army), and international organizations (UN).
• UAE market experience preferred; a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills in high-demand industries.
• Technical expertise in identifying spare parts from catalogues and recommending the right solutions.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
