Role Objective: - Schedule, Plan, execute and complete the auditing assignments
- Take decision of Certification Recommendation in capacity as Lead Auditor
- Alias with team auditors and Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as Lead Auditor
- Comply to API Code of ethics and confidentiality of audit information’s
- Achieving and reporting API Administrative KPIs
- Keep up to date with any changes to the GMS
- Maintain necessary supervision and quality control over service delivery
- Control and performance of on-site audit activities including any planning and review, and the control of other members of audit teams.
- Promote services to potential and existing clients
- Deliver training courses as and when advised
- Perform other official tasks as and when assigned by superiors
- Report any HSE related concern to the supervisors
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE - At least 4 years’ experience of auditing/training experience with additional 5 years’ experience in industry
- Experience of working in recognized third party certification body
- University graduate in management, engineering or alike discipline
- Lead Auditor Qualifications in API Q1, API Q2, ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, OHSAS 18001 or other management system standards
- Knowledge and practice in API product specifications API-16A, 4F, 5CT, 6A, 6D, 5L, 5DP, 7K, 8C, 600, 7-1, 13A, 16C, 11E,16D, 17D etc.
- Knowledge of various National and International standards and specifications like, ASME, API, ASTM, NACE. etc.
- Skilled in thorough audits of complex work processes of Oil & Gas Up-Stream and Down Stream Companies, Mega Chemicals & Petrochemicals Manufacturing Plants and Manufacturing Industries.
- Knowledge of various manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
