Operations Manager – Retail

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our retail business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining company standards, supporting store performance, and driving business growth across all retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily retail operations across multiple stores. 
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. 
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention. 
• Coordinate with store managers to improve productivity and customer service. 
• Prepare operational reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). 
• Support recruitment, training, and development of retail staff. 
• Ensure a safe and positive working environment. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations management. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Experience in multi-store retail operations is preferred. 
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems. 
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
